But the mum-of-three reckons her kids keep her grounded and said: “They make me a better human being, I think … and a very good therapist.”
Like every parent juggling work with raising a family, Hollywood star Kate Hudson has good days and bad.
But the mum-of-three reckons her kids keep her grounded and said: “They make me a better human being, I think … and a very good therapist.”
The 42-year-old You, Me and Dupree star has children aged 17, 10 and two.
When asked who helps her overcome her demons, Kate said: “My kids. They test my inner demon every day… but my family keeps me grounded and focused.”
Kate, who lives in Los Angeles, regularly posts snaps of her brood on social media.
Her eldest son, Ryder, is from her marriage to Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson while second son Bingham is from her three-year engagement to Muse star Matt Bellamy.
And in October 2018, Kate gave birth to daughter Rani, whose dad is musician and record company owner, Danny Fujikawa.
Kate never knew her own father, musician Bill Hudson, and once described their relationship as “a 41-year-old issue”.
